Responsibilities
  • Present and facilitate sessions (in person and virtually) while effectively managing group dynamics to encourage creativity, innovation, and teamwork
  • Establish and execute rollout strategies and training plans for learning programs and initiatives that are launched in a way that provides an engaging learner experience.
  • Create, prioritize, adapt, translate, and execute the learning and development delivery strategy.
  • Utilize instructional design expertise including data analysis, adult learning principles, content development, and blended learning strategies.
  • Design and develop learning materials and tools including e-learning, virtual and in-person instructor-led training, and other materials.
  • Establish the methodology and tools to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs in the spirit of continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate data to identify insights and measure Key Performance Indicators, then share out reporting with key stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends within learning and development. 

  • Skills and Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in instructional design, adult learning, facilitation and delivery, and project management.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills. Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities and experience.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and are excited by the challenges that come along with building a disruptive and dynamic business.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and balance multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while responding quickly to feedback through iterative design.
  • Excellent program and project management skills, including the ability to organize, plan, prioritize and execute initiatives. 
  • Excellent relationship-building, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • High curiosity – proactively seeking to learn more and ‘connect the dots’ for better solutions and world-class customer experience.
  • Rigorous attention to detail and highly organized, but able to operate with ease at all levels (from strategy to execution). 
  • Deep empathy for customer experience – always analyzing and assessing from the customers’ viewpoint. 
  • An authentic leader who invests in nurturing potential and developing others. Conscious and supportive of diversity & inclusion, and the value they bring to customers, business, and the team. 
  • Collaborative, while firm on goals and driving the extended team toward actions (and deadlines) to achieve them. 
  • Clear and optimistic vision for what can be. Proven ability to execute with urgency and pragmatism in the current environment. 
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master's degree and managerial experience. 
  • Ability to become licensed in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to work days, nights, and weekends.
  • Flexible availability and open to travel.
