Drive building the platforms and processes for client app development at Twitch
Actively participate and contribute to technical designs discussions, proactively identify challenges and risks, work closely with engineers and product manager on addressing challenges and form mitigation plans
Act as the point of contact and work with various teams to drive client platform initiatives such as latency and stability
Communicate clearly and effectively to executive management on the plans, status and critical issues. Escalate urgent issues appropriately and drive them to closure in a timely manner
Requirements
2+ years of TPM experience
A proven track record of shipping quality consumer facing products on time
Strong technical acumen
Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to facilitate and align roadmaps, and manage disparate tasks with varying priorities
Ability to negotiate and resolve conflict smoothly and without formal authority
Solid ability to identify and mitigate risk with senior business leadership
In-depth knowledge of mobile apps and mobile development lifecycles
Bonus Points
Experience shipping games or other consumer-facing client applications
BS or MS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience in software / web development
