Responsibilities

  • Drive building the platforms and processes for client app development at Twitch
  • Actively participate and contribute to technical designs discussions, proactively identify challenges and risks, work closely with engineers and product manager on addressing challenges and form mitigation plans
  • Act as the point of contact and work with various teams to drive client platform initiatives such as latency and stability
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to executive management on the plans, status and critical issues. Escalate urgent issues appropriately and drive them to closure in a timely manner
  • Requirements
  • 2+ years of TPM experience
  • A proven track record of shipping quality consumer facing products on time
  • Strong technical acumen
  • Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to facilitate and align roadmaps, and manage disparate tasks with varying priorities
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflict smoothly and without formal authority
  • Solid ability to identify and mitigate risk with senior business leadership
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile apps and mobile development lifecycles
  • Bonus Points
  • Experience shipping games or other consumer-facing client applications
  • BS or MS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience in software / web development
  • A proven collaborator across all disciplines, including Marketing and Design
