At Wellframe, a HealthEdge company, we reimagine healthcare relationships through a new approach that uses high-tech to deliver the high-touch support people need, when and where they need it. We call it Digital Health Management. Our comprehensive suite of Digital Health Management solutions for care management, advocacy, and navigation help organizations forge more meaningful connections with members, across their healthcare journey.

Wellframe was founded to counter a pressing industry problem: the healthcare system has struggled to find ways to support people in between care settings, at scale. We believe health plans are in the best position to advocate for their members as they navigate their health and care, but know that technology alone can’t help us achieve this ambition. That’s why our team of physicians, clinicians, public health experts, data scientists, engineers, and healthcare industry experts ensure our patented technology works in service of the person-to-person connections that make healthcare work best.

The Technical Implementation Manager for the Wellframe Customer Success Organization (CSO) will be focused on the technical client delivery process and working with Implementation Program Managers to deliver Wellframe solutions on schedule and with quality. Reporting into the Director, PMO within the Customer Success Organization, the Technical Implementation Manager will become a subject matter expert on all technical components of the Wellframe platform in order to ensure successful customer implementations.  The Technical Implementation Manager will serve as the technical lead for the Wellframe CSO implementation projects, while also working to help build and scale our delivery processes.

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Wellframe’s technical functionality. This person will be responsible for executing on technical projects, while collaborating closely with internal teams on tactical/project management aspects of new product rollouts.
  • Assist to facilitate Customer Implementation discovery workshops and capture customer requirements as needed for initial technical execution, on-going updates, and functionality expansion. An ability to document and communicate technical requirements to other internal teams, such as Product and Engineering, so they can be easily understood is critical to this role.
  • Partner with Product Management and CSO Leadership to review and monitor customer facing specifications or guides for implementation and ensure that these stay up-to-date.

  • Process Design and Improvement (30%):
  • Serve as a liaison between the CSO organization, and the engineering and product organizations for process improvement initiatives as identified.
  • Help to inform and guide the rollout of new product or technical functionality, while assisting in the creation or updating of specification and process documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create process flow and specification documentation to be used by both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand both short and long-term organizational goals, and leverage this knowledge to inform process improvement plans.
  • Maintain organizational effectiveness and efficiency by identifying gaps in process and initiating corrective actions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert during the sales process by answering questions, informing design, and completing technical assessments.

  • Wellframe's remote-friendly culture means that we operate a hybrid office for employees in the Boston area, and also hire fully remotely across the country.
