About the Role

The Support Operations Lead is a  team mentor and team advocate who is involved in processes that run the business and also helps to develop processes to enhance the business. An individual in this role has a direct impact on the efficiency and success of our organization and works closely with Management to directly influence department improvements and evolution.

The ideal candidate has a strong ability to multitask, as well as being an expert communicator. They are able to focus on areas of concern and provide effective and well thought out solutions. They are also able to shift gears and change directions in a split second, while leveraging exceptional prioritization and anticipation skills. The ideal candidate also understands the importance of alignment within Leadership and seeks to advocate for and mentor their teammates while understanding and maintaining the integrity of the Leadership status quo.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
  • You will directly mentor and enable members of the Support team in multiple ways.
  • You will successfully collaborate with other department stakeholders on important processes with widespread impact.
  • You assist in identifying efficiency gaps and work with your Manager to address these issues with scalable solutions.
  • You will have a direct impact in the continued growth and evolution of the Support organization.
  • You will be a major player in our commitment to providing a world class client experience to our Members.

  • WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • An individual who can Lead and drive to completion the entire lifecycle of high quality cross-functional projects aimed at refining processes, addressing gaps, and achieving company goals.
  • Identify opportunities for Support org development and experimentation of different support models.
  • High level technical skills and abilities. Accustomed to being a key resource for their team on how the program/product is growing and changing.
  • Able to build relationships with various stakeholders as a trusted & respected thought-partner. Stakeholders include cross-functional teams, executives, and members.
  • Provides support to team members and peers. Helps individuals find solutions to challenges while empowering agency. Problem solved in line with business direction and vision.
  • Can work independently with little oversight, able to execute tasks and projects in an environment with competing demands. Minimizes careless errors with deliverables.
  • Able to structure and process qualitative or qualitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it. Exhibits a probing mind and achieves useful insights.
  • Able to communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders. Prompt, concise & well-structured. Have polish and are professional in their communication, pay attention to the details, are timely and take the conversation seriously. This includes the quality of meeting prep and note-taking.
  • Trusted by colleagues and cross-functional partners as honest and high-integrity.
  • Embraces feedback. Always learning about our product, participant base, and how peers are achieving great results to better their approach.

  • The range of base salary for the position is between $62,000 - $112,600, plus equity, and benefits.  Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
