Your responsibilitiesSupport the development, launch and analysis of social media marketing strategies and campaigns for Freeletics.Work closely and collaboratively across Brand Marketing, Creative, User Acquisition/Retention, PR and Product Marketing Teams to implement and manage channel specific ideas and execute global integrated activations & strategies.Support day-to-day management of social media channels and campaigns from creating, curating and coordinating the publishing of content across channels to monitoring and tracking of performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities. Develop performance metrics for campaigns as well as daily social media marketing and interpret data to provide insights and solutions.Monitor effective benchmarks, support regular and ad hoc reports as well as data interpretation; regularly report on key KPIs and constantly provide ideas for growth and improvement.Partner with social platforms and social media influencers to identify new opportunities and develop innovative activations and manage assets on daily basis.Work with external agencies and other stakeholders on daily and project related basis.Coordinate logistics around activations and events such as give-aways, incentives, material, etc.
Your profile3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within a global entertainment company, fitness and sport industry or social media agency.Experience in a comparable role with a proven track record of successfully working with global social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.Strong understanding of the current social media trends and culture, while constantly up-to-date with industry changes.Experience in building and executing media campaigns on a global level while also executing on daily activities.Experience in copywriting for social media audiences is a must.Ability to independently make decisions based on overall company strategy and to influence the direction. Good understanding to collaborate with and manage internal and external stakeholders (agencies, partners, influencers, etc.).Strategic, but creative thinker with the ability for delivering big executable ideas.Strong analytical, data-driven and performance-oriented skills, with ability to recognize patterns and derive valuable conclusions.Exceptional verbal and written skills with good understanding on how to answer and initiate conversation and engage on social media.Ability to perform and stay calm in demanding and challenging situations.Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills, other languages are a plus.
