The Position:
You will be a leader with an excellent understanding of marketing technologies needed to support the business and marketing analytics and data strategies to efficiently scale and accelerate revenue growth through technology, processes, data, and insights. You will uncover new growth opportunities and determine the best infrastructure, martech stack and processes to leverage the business through technology and data, so we can grow efficiently. This position owns full martech roadmap and stack decisions, acting as the main partner for teams as well as being the bridge between business needs. You will offer strategic partnership but also lend tactical support to the rest of marketing, enabling them with the insights necessary to drive effective campaigns and drive go-to-market outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Own the marketing operations roadmap, ensuring marketing technology is evaluated, selected, implemented, and customized to meet the needs of the marketing department and the business.
- Lead global strategy, mapping, implementation and governance of marketing technologies, platforms, and data, partnering with Product Team to prioritize roadmap.
- Own and optimize lead scoring, lead lifecycle, and lead follow-up process.
- Track and report on the entire marketing funnel including volume, velocity, conversion stage-to-stage, and average value.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of go-to-market activities, including pipeline contribution, program return on investment, customer acquisition, and demand generation.
- Analyze marketing data and share insights across the department including developing custom reports and building & maintaining key dashboards and presentations with existing marketing analytics team to share critical information at business reviews and board meetings.
- Partner closely with Sales Operations and Finance teams to develop models for use in sales funnel conversion optimization, revenue forecasting, CAC and ROI measurement.
- Create documentation, workflows, playbooks and templates to support processes and platforms implementation and governance, to maximize adoption and efficiency.
- Define processes to enable accurate data collection of marketing investments and the results they deliver.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years experience in Managing Marketing Technology Roadmaps, Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics.
- Fully proficient in digital marketing and applicable technology concepts (i.e., SEO, UX, UI, Web Analytics, A/B testing, Probability & Statistics, Data science, Attribution, Engineering and systems design)
- Ability to set a short, medium, long term vision and define necessary processes, platforms and systems to fulfill this vision.
- A strong communicator who can translate complex technical language into practical business oriented and 'so what' messages.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to track, measure, and report on results of various marketing functions to determine ROI.

The target salary range for this position is between $180,000 and $220,000. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammate pay regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
