Planning, writing, set-up, A/B testing and quality assurance of newsletters
Implementation and monitoring of tracking and reporting solutions
Ad hoc newsletters’ analysis and reporting
Participation in / ownership of projects related to customer engagement, retention and CRM performance measurement
Collaboration with adjacent departments (e.g., BI, Content, Brand, Localization)
Your profile
University degree in business administration, marketing, communication, advertising or other business studies
At least 4 years of relevant working experience in CRM / User Retention, ideally in a fast-paced international start-up - experience with mobile marketing (e.g. push notifications) is preferred
Excellent content and text writing skills in English
Very precise, keen eye for detail
Analytical and performance-oriented thinking
Willingness to go the extra mile
Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills - other languages are a plus
