Your responsibilities

  • Planning, writing, set-up, A/B testing and quality assurance of newsletters
  • Implementation and monitoring of tracking and reporting solutions
  • Ad hoc newsletters’ analysis and reporting
  • Participation in / ownership of projects related to customer engagement, retention and CRM performance measurement
  • Collaboration with adjacent departments (e.g., BI, Content, Brand, Localization)
  • Your profile
  • University degree in business administration, marketing, communication, advertising or other business studies
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in CRM / User Retention, ideally in a fast-paced international start-up - experience with mobile marketing (e.g. push notifications) is preferred
  • Excellent content and text writing skills in English
  • Very precise, keen eye for detail
  • Analytical and performance-oriented thinking
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
  • Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills - other languages are a plus
