As our Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will:

Develop and execute our global brand strategy and bring our brand to life

Identify key user and competitive insights to guide decision making and translate them into innovative and creative campaigns

Create compelling local marketing strategies considering all upper and mid funnel touch-points. 

Amplify our global brand moments in Germany and other European markets and plan, brief, execute and track the local marketing campaigns in collaboration with various cross-functional stakeholders.

Develop locally relevant activations via local events, sponsorships, marketing stunts and partnerships with culturally relevant brands

Define and implement a touchpoint and paid media strategy, building a network of local media agencies to implement our campaigns

Manage and optimize our paid media spend with the goal of maximizing the effectiveness of our investment while generating local engagements and conversions

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you:

Have 5-7 years of professional experience in the advertising/marketing field and have passion for building, developing a truly purpose-driven brand and act as brand ambassador for Dance. 

Have a strong understanding of the various Offline and Online Marketing Channels and Media; deep knowledge of Social Media platforms and influencers landscape, basic understanding of the various performance channels.

Have analytical skills to take into consideration consumer insights/trends combined with a creative mindset to translate them into winning brand moments and activations that are relevant for German but also global consumers.

Are a team player, well organized and feel comfortable steering several key projects with different stakeholders while acting as an owner & facilitator.

Work with increasing independence and autonomy.  

Have strong presentation and communication skills. 

Are able to communicate fluently in English, and are familiar with regional German culture.
