The opportunity:

We are hiring a talented Sales Operations Specialist professional to join our team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support for our Enterprise Sales team as a friendly face and voice both internally and externally.
The Sales Operations Specialist must be highly skilled in consuming data to derive business conclusions and illustrate findings in a visual format that effectively conveys insights with context. We have a lot going on and need someone who can boil it down to actionable intelligence on a regular basis.
The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing processes and automations which will allow the team to work at maximum efficiency while giving the managers a clear view of everything that is going on. This includes optimizing the tools that are currently used, the design and automation of processes, the optimization of the sales strategies and the design of accurate forecasts and pipeline progression models. We’re growing rapidly and need systems in place to help us manage that growth effectively. This role will also be responsible for managing RFPs - this takes a village and we have great SMEs to support these activities but we need someone to drive it, organize it, and pull it all together.
This role reports directly into the SVP, Employer Sales.
