The Regional Product Support Manager is a people management role overseeing a Product Support team delivering first line product support across SeatGeek’s Enterprise products.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage your team though day-to-day operations, changes and challenges
- Act as a point of escalation for clients and team members
- Mentor, coach and develop team members
- Collaborate to maintain and develop processes and the use of our tools to ensure effective delivery of services to our clients
- Analyze and use data to drive effective decision making and management information
- Work with your team and other stakeholders to ensure that support cases are prioritized and escalated and handled effectively and efficiently
- Ensure SLAs and expectations are met, monitored, reported and acted upon
- Be proactive in monitoring and responding to issues, events, trends and changes that impact our provision of service
What you have
- 2-3 years of management experience in an environment working with enterprise clients
- Experience in tech and/or ticketing industries
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, especially leading through change and transformation
- The ability to motivate in a fast paced and high pressure environment
- A strong ethos of ownership and accountability
- Exceptional problem solving and communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and drive collaboration between departments
- A consistent drive to improve the efficiency and quality of delivery to ensure the best results for your team and the business
- The ability to challenge and be challenged in a constructive way
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or evenings for occasional escalations

The salary range for this role is $85,000- $125,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
