As our in-house Recruiter, you'll hit the ground running, locking-in the the employees who'll help us in our mission to get the next billion on bikes. Our People Team works to provide an industry-leading employee experience, and it'll be your job to develop the recruitment parts within VanMoof to execute our ambitious growth plans.
From your first day, you'll build and implement winning strategies to attract the best talent and grow VanMoof into a leading employer worldwide. You'll need a deep understanding of the end-to-end hiring process, making you a strategic asset for the business. The right person will be comfortable to develop an innovative sourcing strategy, pivoting their approach for different business needs, and have a critical eye when assessing talent for VanMoof.
At least 4 years of experience hiring within fast-paced companies (ideally in scale up and/or tech companies) or someone with less experience but having a very strong and innovative vision on Talent Acquisition.
A natural curiosity and limitless energy, with a proven track record of rapid self-learning.
A risk-taker mindset – you love to challenge the status quo, while using smart data to make informed decisions.
The willingness to build from scratch if needed and no fear of challenges (or being hands on).
Proactivity in spades – taking initiative and following through is a must at VanMoof.
The people skills to build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
A global network of incredible people
Superb spoke and written English – Dutch is a nice bonus.
Experience in optimizing ATS and/or sourcing tools like Homerun, Recruitee, Lever, Greenhouse or similar.
You live in or around Amsterdam.
