ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is launching a contingent labor program in partnership with a Managed Service Provider (MSP).  We are looking for a leader to help implement and scale this transformational program as well as support other workstreams in the Recruiting Programs function. 

In this highly-visible role, you will become the face of the program working with internal customers and suppliers to build a best in class function, while also analyzing its success and metrics. Successful candidates will have excellent organizational, communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills. 

They will have experience with program management and driving large-scale, global projects that make a lasting impact on internal stakeholders and candidates. 

The Talent Acquisition Programs and Operations team helps Peloton measure and learn from our recruiting data while pushing processes that help us scale intentionally and thoughtfully. Our mission is to provide scalable, Members First experiences for recruitment team members, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and HR team members. We improve the efficiency of the recruiting process to deliver the right talent, in the right place, at the right time, continuously! YOU BRING TO PELOTON

Base Salary: $103,200.00  to $134,200.00

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NY - based position. 

The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of Peloton’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.
