What You’ll Do
As a Program Manager at lulafit, you will be responsible for the management of your assigned site, leading personal training activities and group fitness programming.
How You’ll Do ItDevelop, plan, and execute corporate wellness programming for building tenantsLead group fitness classes. Increase engagement and growth of group exerciseAct as the head personal trainer, drive personal training revenueDevelop new hires, lead on-boarding meetings, provide feedback and support to team members, maintain high retention of instructors, and control the quality of classesDesign the schedule of group fitness classes, tailor programming to client needsOversight of member satisfaction and engagement Problem solve, address immediate issues, and deliver excellent customer service Site lead responsibilities in absence of General ManagerPartner with programming team to plan and execute on periodic wellness eventsLead fitness center tours, manage and build on membership baseDepending on the structure of site, additional responsibilities may include budgeting and financial reportingWhat We Expect of YouPrivate Services Performance a.
