What You’ll Do
The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of their assigned market(s), leading a team of managers to quickly, efficiently, and profitably achieve goals and objectives.
How You'll Do ItSolve business challenges, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate to drive efficiency and effectiveness at our sitesDirectly manage onsite leadership including onboarding, on the job training, goal setting, coaching and performance managementCultivate & deepen relationships with our current clients & act as a trusted advisor Drive metrics and track progress for client goals focused on engagement and retentionIdentify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for increasing revenue for lulafit and our clientsLead key client meetings, including monthly operations reviewsOversee operational processes and SOPs for assigned marketAs required, partner with the Director of Operations on the development of annual budgeting and financial planningDevelop and lead team meetings on a weekly, monthly and/or quarterly basisAnalyze and improve financial performance concerning revenue, expenses, profits, and margins within regional sitesWork closely with site leads to ensure quality and consistency of site collateral and marketingSupport the Operations Team with other projects and tasks related to increasing client engagement and member experienceBe on location, as needed, to support onsite teams within assigned marketWhat We Expect of YouTeam performanceGrowth and development of team membersEmployee engagement and retentionClient satisfactionFinancial performanceBenefits & Perks
