The opportunity
You love sports. And you love working with people. Sounds a bit fuzzy, yet that’s what you do when you are a People Partner for Urban Sports Group!
In the position, you will be in charge of all people matters for the Dutch brand of Urban Sports Club, OneFit. Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you'll support OneFit's leadership on all people topics and manage all operational processes for the Amsterdam-based team. While this will be a standalone role for the Amsterdam team, you'll have a whole community of HR professionals across Europe to exchange with. You will work with our team of International People Partners across 5 other European countries plus our central People Experience team in Berlin on group-wide projects.
Your responsibilities
- Partner with leads across the Dutch organization on all People topics (Corporate sales, Partner Management, Customer Experience, Finance and the Managing Director)
- You will be keeping a close eye on the needs of the team, proactively ensuring that our teams are engaged, integrated, and supported in their development
- Ensure process excellence on all operational topics, including payroll administration, contract management, and compensation & benefits
- Drive further improvements to the performance management process
- Consult the business on all local labor law topics
- Collaborate with global competence centers (Onboarding, Culture & Collaboration, HR operations), sharing your local expertise and developing global workflows together
What you need to succeed
- You have a track record in HR management and feel comfortable independently executing the topics described above
- You have deep knowledge of Dutch Labor law
- You have experience working in a matrix environment
- You are sports minded
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills
- You are fluent in English; Dutch skills are a huge plus
