Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $28.8/hr - $41.8/hr, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

Overview
As a People Coordinator at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you are responsible for providing critical support to the People Business Partner team. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable and personable with experience working in HR or a similar field. They also have the ability to execute tasks and projects independently. The role will handle HR tasks, including help establish a radically easy and compliant work environment for all team members. This position is remote, however, you’re welcome to work from one of our Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) offices in Jacksonville, FL, New York, NY, or Philadelphia, PA.
ResponsibilitiesSupport and work in close partnership with the People Business Partner team.Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of internal data.Act as one point of contact for varied team member questions and concerns including but not limited to payroll, benefits, and leaves of absence.Must be knowledgeable and responsible for the administration of company policies, procedures and programs.Maintain team member-related databases. Prepare and analyze reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and the company.Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, and standards.Partner effectively with PBPs and People Team specialist groups i.e.: Learning & Development, Team Member Experience, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and Payroll to ensure team member inquiries are answered and/or properly routed in a timely manner.Update and maintain interdepartmental resources and data to ensure compliance and accurate records within company systems.Be responsible for People Team functions related to personnel files and HRIS actions, including but not limited to;Supporting the with new hire and termination processes; Tracking progressive discipline processes; Enforcing compliance with HR legal standardsPerform other tasks as needed such as assisting with department wide initiatives and events.QualificationsBased in US Central or US Eastern time zoneBusiness degree or equivalent preferredKnowledge of HR systems, HR management practices and procedures, compliance rules and employment regulationsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a teamShould be well-organized, have great time management skills and have ability to multi-task within a dynamic, start-up cultureCan maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly - possesses a “let’s build it” mindset.Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team building activities If you possess some of these skills but not all of them, we still encourage you to apply!
