Job Description:

The Operations Coordinator, will aid the Heal Clinicians in the day-to-day operations of the market, working closely with Physicians, Mid-levels, Medical Assistants and Drivers to ensure delivery of quality patient care. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

Provider Responsibility - up to 5 providers

• Daily support of Clinical teams in the field
• Daily shift reports (MOS/EOS)
• Zingle/Slack text management w/Providers, LPNs, MAs, Drivers
• Same-day appointment confirmation and rescheduling to patients, providers, LPNs, and MAs/Drivers (and future as needed)
• Follow-up appointment scheduling
• Urgent appointment scheduling from external parties ie. AVTM, Centerwell (Kindred visits)
• Patient wait list management
• MA/Driver to clinician pairings
• KPI Management including but not limited to cancellation and appointment wait time reduction
• Attend weekly POD meetings with clinical staff
  

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including telephone etiquette
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, patients, clinicians, leaders at all levels and with various categories of customers
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and seek assistance when appropriate
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Must be able to work variable shifts and schedule

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university, or equivalent years in related experience. Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in Provider Relations, Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, or Project Coordination

Salary:

$40-$51K - Depends on Experience
