The Role

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware while ensuring all issues are logged, tracked and resolved using the applicable service desk application. Feeding back information to Genius Development and Technical team’s about product bugs, suggested improvements and other feedback.
