Rightway is in high growth mode, and so is our marketing team. This is an opportunity to become one of the foundational team members who will help shape and define Rightway’s marketing and member engagement strategy!
We are looking for a marketer early in their career with a passion for member engagement, strategy, and execution. The Member Marketing Associate will play a critical role in advancing our marketing strategy and driving member activations for our top employer and health plan clients.

BASE SALARY RANGE: $85,000 - $110,000
