What You’ll Do:
You will be the ultimate player-coach and work cross-functionally and among your team to build a strong foundation for the continued growth and success of our Renewals Team. We work in a fast paced environment that is constantly evolving and are looking for a dynamic, creative, and innovative individual to guide our B2B Renewals team.
The ideal Manager, Renewals has 5+ years of experience and is exceptional in understanding contracts, pricing structures, and building rapport and 2+ years of leadership experience. In this role, you will gain in-depth knowledge of Calm’s B2B pricing structure, contracting process, and discussing ROI. On this team, you will have the opportunity to partner with various cross-functional teams like Customer Success, Sales, Deal Desk, Finance and Legal teams, among others.
