The base salary range for this role is $102,487 per year - $168,372 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

The Manager of Revenue, for Fanatics Betting and Gaming, Inc. will interface with the accounting and finance leadership across the business unit. The position reports to the Director of Accounting and is fully remote. The ideal candidate should have experience operationalizing profit-sharing agreements, including reviewing and dissecting key elements of the agreement to ensure compliance with agreement terms. Of utmost importance is the ability to be an effective and reliable communication liaison between different stakeholder groups to ensure transparency and accountability.
The candidate will be involved in the creation and management of all profit-sharing arrangements, including the transformation to a more automated and scalable reporting capability. The candidate will lead the implementation from beginning to end, including reviewing and understanding key elements of profit sharing agreements, operationalizing agreements, and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders. Once the profit-sharing agreements can be prepared with minimal effort, including the development of key reports, the candidate can support and further enhance the accounting for loyalty rewards.
