We are looking for a Logistics Manager to manage the logistics department and ensure that all employees in the department are properly trained and working at the highest capacity. This role would plan, schedule, coordinate, and/or monitor the flow of products through the complete operational cycle. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for making sure that all orders are completed within the expected time frame following FIFO (First- In First-Out) principles as well as CTD (Complete Through Dates), Service Levels, and Expedites. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Assists operations with the staffing, training, and scheduling of new logistics employees.
• Monitor staff productivity and assign tasks as needed.  
• Create and maintain a departmental structure. 
• Ensure FIFO, CTD, Service, and Expedite goals are being met. 
• Complete status updates on orders.
• Plan employee schedules to meet daily operations goals.
• Create effective solutions for operational issues that arise within Operations related to product flow, inventory control, and due out dates. 
• Works closely with other department supervisors and team leads to ensure that orders are being completed in the most efficient manner. 
• Lead by example and be a champion of all company policies, including safety, attendance & security. 

Who You Are: 

• 2-5 years of experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• 2-3 years of experience leading a team
• B.S. or B.A. degree in business management or other related field
• Experience effectively partnering with business leaders to help manage the operational delivery of a business on a day-to-day basis
• Exhibit strong business acumen and sound judgment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong people management skills
• Strong Excel and data management skills
• Significant business/KPI reporting experience
• Hands on individual willing to roll up sleeves
• Superior attention to detail with problem solving techniques
• Strong understanding of FIFO and other related principles
• Bonus: Passionate about collectibles and/or sports

Salary Range: The salary range for this position $67,000 - $109,000. Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
