We’re looking for a talented writer to craft compelling, empathetic, and technically accurate copy for B2B Commercial channels to help define the Hinge Health brand and inform the broader customer/user journey to help engage prospects. Your work will help people dealing with pain find the care they need to start healing.

The Lead Content Strategist for Commercial will help lead the definition, voice and tone, and delivery of large-scoped, multi-channel, multi-platform projects, brand and marketing campaigns/initiatives across B2B growth channels, including email marketing, performance marketing, landing pages, website, presentations, and print collateral. In addition, as part of our growing Creative Team, we’re looking for someone who can be a strategic thought partner in developing innovative and experimental ideas/concepts, including video scripting for storytelling that sells.

  • Write B2B marketing copy that delivers results. Whether it’s a headline, a subject line, or even a CTA on a 1-pager, you’ll build a strategic voice that will result in crafting copy that boosts confidence in selecting Hinge Health.
  • Strengthen Hinge Health’s B2B voice and tone. You’ll take Hinge Health’s current B2B voice and tone and elevate it while acting as the Commercial team’s verbal brand identity strategist.
  • Work with the commercial team to craft insight-driven, prospect and channel partner focused assets. You’ll work with design to create best-in-class content across B2B channels, from print to digital that will arm the sales team, educate our partners and help us deliver more business through direct and indirect sales and partnerships.
  • Pitch creative concepts and storyboard ideas. You’ll look for innovative, creative ways to connect with prospects and partners through new (or existing) channels.

  • 7+ years of writing experience; preferably in a start-up, in-house environment or technology company.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing writing.
  • Portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand expression and storytelling through B2B campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Understands digital best practices for content creation, publishing, and distribution, including various tools and approaches to CMS, CSS, and SEO.
  • Experienced working within in a fast-paced environment and using collaboration technology like Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack.
  • Passionate about data, discovering new trends and driving actions through insights.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and project managing your own workload to set deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Degree and/or advanced experience in the health, neuroscience, MSK health, lifestyle, or wellness industries.
  • Spanish language fluency.

  • Pursuant to State Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:

    Colorado & New York State annual salary: $114,200 - $142,800
