TeamSnap is looking for a Lead Client Success Manager for our Digital, Programmatic and Event Sponsorship Team. You’ll play a critical role in supporting and managing a book of agency & brand advertising clients. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while growing new and existing business alongside the brand solutions advertising sales team, then you’re exactly who we’re looking for!

What You'll Do:
  • Manage key advertising clients with revenue retention and growth in mind, while providing exceptional client support
  • As a player/coach on the team, you are helping other CSM’s with revenue management, client performance optimization, and billing/monthly reconciliations
  • Partner with the sales team leads to ensure clients are receiving consistent campaign execution and exceeding client expectations
  • With proven experience renewing clients and growing YoY revenue, you will partner with Advertising Operations leads to track product performance and present findings that will drive campaign performance improvements
  • Actively communicate with TeamSnap’s Accounts Payable team to improve the billing process and reduce outstanding collections
  • Manage third party performance study partnerships; including research, negotiation and ongoing relationships
  • Work closely with analytics to develop actionable insights to inform product and marketing strategy
  • Assist in creating product value propositions that will resonate with our consumer audience, advertising buyer personas, and strategic partners
  • Under the direction of senior team members, work on go-to-market plans for the launch of each product feature, brand sponsorship, and strategic partnership
  • Develop deep product fluency relative to industry competitors and advertisers

  • What Will Set You Up for Success:
  • 5-8 years of relevant account management or client facing experience with an advertising based business or advertising agency
  • Experience managing multifaceted advertising campaigns with Fortune 500 brands that are $500K+
  • Experience trafficking ad campaigns in Google Ad Server
  • Ability to take raw data and make it into beautiful client-facing reports
  • Strong understanding of media and advertising KPIs
  • Proven ability to renew business and grow revenue YoY
  • Solves for saying “Yes”
  • Ability to receive and implement feedback immediately
  • Strong belief in proactive rather than reactive approach to handling clients and problems
  • Solid ability to handle tough conversations with business owners in a professional, solution- oriented manner
  • A passion and deep understanding of customer service and business growth
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track numerous details
  • Strong interpersonal communication (both verbal and written)

    We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $80,000, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

    🖥 Location
    TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you. We are always expanding, but there is a small list of states we do not hire in, including Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and South Dakota, and while we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.
