TeamSnap is seeking a Head of Programmatic to create a comprehensive programmatic revenue strategy. In this role you will be responsible for the programmatic strategy including partner selection, set up, and yield optimization. This role will report to the SVP/GM of Media and will work directly with product, engineering, ad operations and sales to facilitate programmatic media buying on TeamSnap.
What You'll Do:Own the Programmatic revenue number for TeamSnap and the strategy for revenue growthOwn revenue strategy and work with product tech and operations for technical scoping of media and data-based ad productsOwn the relationships between TeamSnap and all programmatic partners including evaluation, negotiation and implementation of all programmatic initiativesCreate unique programmatic package offerings for sales including PMP and PG executionsResearch new programmatic partnerships and new opportunities within existing partnerships that drive incremental revenueDrive innovative yield management strategies, finding ways to ensure TeamSnap maximizes revenue on every ad requestBe the subject matter expert internally on programmatic executions and troubleshootingWork with Product and Ops Teams to optimize performance of the ad stack and facilitate programmatic buysCommunicate programmatic market trends, best practices and market opportunities to the larger teamTravel/Attend key conferences and summitsWhat Will Set You Up for Success:Expert in the programmatic space with deep knowledge about Ad Exchanges, SSPs, DSPs, RTB, PMPs, Deal Types, Optimization, Ad Serving, and with deep personal knowledge of, and a strong professional network in, the advertising technology ecosystemExperience owning programmatic monetization at a publisher; across both desktop/web/mobile web and in app inventoryExperience in in app programmatic requiredStrong analytical skills required. Must understand statistics, modeling, and SQL and be able to partner with the data analyst team to interpret data and make actionable recommendationsAble to demonstrate an understanding of the technologies and strategies behind programmatic monetizationDeep understanding and demonstrable success in programmatic pricing strategiesExcellent communication, interpersonal and project management skillsAttention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsResults oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast paced environmentAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesGot cold feet? Compensation
We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $250,000, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you. We are always expanding, but there is a small list of states we do not hire in, including Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and South Dakota, and while we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.
