We are looking for a Growth Marketing Coordinator to support acquisition channels like Referrals and SEO. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to support all facets of the global Growth Marketing Team, supporting both B2C & B2B initiatives. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities
- Project manage with our in-house creative team for coordination on growth tests
- Set-up and execute on referral campaigns globally
- Research and drive SEO content to increase traffic for our Partners and Corporate functions
- Implement a link building strategy to grow the ClassPass website authority
- Manage reporting for upper and lower funnel performance for certain channels
- Test and learn across various markets, bidding strategies, creatives and channel-specific tactics
- Analyze campaign results to identify actionable opportunities (targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc) and to inform decisions and improve performance
- Support B2B and Corporate acquisition initiatives
- Accountable for projects being on-time
- Understand basic cost implications on CPA & CAC
Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of digital marketing experience
- Basic knowledge of acquisition and marketing growth metrics
- Analytical with strong communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and build strong relationships and trust working across teams and integrating cross-functionally
- Familiarity with marketing attribution and Google Analytics
- Attention to detail
- Great with spreadsheets and excel (SQL knowledge is a plus)
- Motivated self-starter who can work independently with time management skills
- Scrappy startup mentality. Can take-action and propose new ideas and solutions before asked
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to multitask and adapt in a lean environment
