Our dream of revolutionizing the fitness and wellness industry is no small feat, and we're looking for talented people to make it a reality. When you join Mindbody + ClassPass, you’ll work with kind, intelligent people and enjoy unrivaled benefits. You’ll also share in a true culture of purpose and passion centered around helping people live happier, healthier lives. We’re not just another thriving company—we’re far and away the leader of our industry. So join the team, and let’s see what we can accomplish together!
At Mindbody + ClassPass, we’re innovating for the future of wellness by bringing together the best of both sides of the market: Mindbody is the industry’s most trusted technology platform, empowering tens of thousands of wellness brands around the world with the software and resources they need to run and grow their businesses. ClassPass is one of the most popular apps for fitness lovers and self-care enthusiasts, partnering with over 30,000 fitness studios, gyms, salons, and spas around the world. We’re on a mission to create a wellness community for all—opening the doors to more authentic, local wellness experiences than ever before.
At ClassPass, we believe in the power of movement. But we believe in more than just that. We believe in building for the future, creating more opportunities for everyone around the world to live fully and in good health. We believe that we can always push ourselves and our company to be better, and that there is power in the hard things when we’re all working together toward the same goal. We believe in building a diverse company where a sense of belonging is felt by employees, customers and partners alike. And we believe that the secret to ClassPass’ success is its people.
You’re a leader who is driven by making an impact and building excellent user experiences. You care deeply about your team and are dedicated to their growth. You’re happy to get into the weeds, ideate and provide guidance, but you also make space for personal development and value autonomy.
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Group Product Manager to lead and execute the product strategy for our partner inventory and core services group. Your mission will be twofold: (1) to optimize the quality and quantity of inventory on ClassPass while helping our fitness and spa/salon partners grow their businesses and (2) to maximize ClassPass net revenue by building and maintaining accurate and auditable payment capabilities.
You’ll oversee a portfolio of products ranging from partner tools to manage inventory and pricing, consumer subscription management, consumer payment collection and partner payment tools and tracking. As the driver of the inventory and core systems group, you’ll also guide product thinking related to foundational data models, integrations, payment systems and overall inventory quality, all while ensuring an exceptionally high quality bar for system maintenance.
Your work will impact the wellbeing of partners and consumers on a global scale and help ClassPass fulfill its mission of making the world a more active place. At ClassPass we value people who are intellectually curious, who are pragmatic not dogmatic, and people who care about our product, their teammates, and their own personal growth.
Support ideation, evaluation, definition, and prioritization of your team’s roadmaps.
Support your team in launching and optimizing partner-facing features for managing and optimizing a business on ClassPass, as well as core consumer services related to subscriptions, plans and packaging models.
Manage a team of 1-2 product managers. Grow and manage the performance of the people on your team by providing thoughtful feedback and coaching.
Build alignment with key stakeholders from across the organization. Seek a range of perspectives and solicit honest feedback.
Be the voice of the partner and consumer. Lead user discovery via user research, design sprints, and other customer touchpoints. Synthesize quantitative and qualitative user data to inform key product decisions that address user needs.
You have proven experience balancing the player-coach duties, including growing and managing product managers.
You’re experienced with an agile discovery and development process and working collaboratively with full stack product teams.
You are technically and analytically savvy, with knowledge about how products are built and are comfortable defining, querying, and interpreting your own data.
You have a proven track record as strong communicator, influencer, and cross-functional partner.
You have good product intuition based on experience but reinforce this through a deep understanding of user feedback and analytical data.
You have at least 3 years of experience in product management.
At ClassPass, we’re a product driven organization that always puts our customers and partners first. The Product Management team collaborates with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to guide new product ideas from conception to launch. As a team, we are committed to conducting user research, leveraging data to make decisions, and defining strategic roadmaps to help ClassPass fulfill its mission of making the world a more active place. We’re looking for entrepreneurial, mission-driven Product Managers to join our Product team and innovate.
