The role @ Auroch Digital:
Are you a Game Designer with a broad set of skills and experience, able to build interesting and creative new design ideas and push them through to completion, and looking for your next step up? Auroch Digital is looking for Game Designers to join us on an unannounced Strategy Management project across PC and console platforms.
You will be responsible for delivering the best possible game experience for the projects, features and areas you are working on to schedule, budget and quality. You will be working in a team where everyone supports each other and is given the freedom and responsibility to take charge of and deliver their tasks. Communication is important, especially the ability to communicate complex ideas ResponsibilitiesWorking independently and in collaboration with other Designers to produce creatively strong designs that enhance the themes of a project and meet the defined budgets for implementationDevelop clear and coherent design documentation that can be directly passed to artists and coders for implementationWorking closely with the artists and coders to make sure the design is properly implemented according to specification and visionWorking in a game engine (e.g. Unreal, Unity) to set up game content and balance gameplay systemsResolving scripting and in-game text bugs and issues in the game files as they ariseChampioning your design ideas to the rest of the project team and companyundefined
