We’re looking for a Dual Service Processor to join our team who is responsible for the processing of regular and dual service orders. This includes obtaining results from the Authentication Team, organizing and prioritizing all dual service orders and working with the Autograph Grading Team to ensure that all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. 

You’ll report to the DNA Operations Manager and work from our Santa Ana office.

What You’ll Do:

• Organizes all incoming dual service orders for authentication and grading

• Works day-to-day with the Autograph Graders, PSA Operations and Authentication Team to process all orders in a timely manner
• Is the main point of contact for the Dual Service team
• Processes orders by service level and expedites orders as necessary

• Enters autograph names and results accurately in Grading programs

• Supports the rest of the Autograph Operations Team with other duties as assigned

• Ability to multitask, manage time, work under pressure, and prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required and some college is preferred.
• Knowledge of all types of sports and non-sports players and cards is preferred
• Must be willing to travel locally or nationally and work weekends once a month.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. Additionally, employee must occasionally lift and/or move items up to 30 pounds.
