Heal is a fast-growing, Physician house call service, and we are actively seeking Drivers who want to join an innovative company that is disrupting the traditional, high friction, home-based care model. We are looking for Drivers who are eager to partner with Providers and who will play a critical role in driving an excellent provider experience. As a Driver at Heal, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including driving Physicians to and from visits and transporting medical supplies.

A day in the life of a Heal Driver:

• You will meet up with your physician partner prior to the first visit either at their home or a Predetermined location and drive him/her to all visits throughout the day. You will use your own car and be reimbursed for the mileage.
• Shifts are from 7:30am - 6:30pm, 4 days a week.
• This is a Full-time role with weekend requirements.
• You will use smartphone-based messaging services to communicate across your team
• Our Operations team will ensure you’re supported as you navigate travel.
• On an as-requested basis, you will accompany the provider in the home during appointments.
• Will pick up LPN/LVN's at residences
• Observe temperatures of miniature refrigerator that stores vaccines. 

Skills & Requirements

• Consistently exhibit the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
• Comfort navigating the New York area by car
• Strong understanding of technology and smart phone applications
• Must have excellent communication skills

Education and Experience Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass a Background and motor vehicle check. 
• Must have a valid state driver's license, current auto insurance policy, and clean driving record required
• Must use own vehicle for transportation
• Must have a smart phone (will receive a stipend)

Salary:

$19-$23 an hour depending on experience.
