We are hiring a Customer Experience Associate - Trainer to work directly with the Customer Experience Manager of Training and QA on building and running the various training programs that need to be deployed within our Customer Experience department. The primary objective of this position is to educate new team members when they come onboard, train any new BPO call centers and train our veteran team members as ongoing training is needed.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Customer Experience, you will help ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Everly Health’s rapidly growing customer support teams. You will be responsible for developing our support agents to deliver the best possible experience for our customers, and for measuring the impact of your training effectiveness across our multiple teams.

What You'll DoOnboard all support team new hires through online and in-person classroom facilitationDrive continuing education across our support team in an effort to further internal career growthTrain any new BPO Call Center employees or trainers whenever we spin up a new partnership or campaignWork cross functionally across all levels to create training materials focused on updates in our product, policies or workflowsIdentify education gaps across our new and tenured agents and direct trainings to close those gapsWho You Are:1+ years of experience in Training and Development, preferably in service operations or call centersPrior experience in Quality Assurance preferredPrior experience in a fast-paced startup environment highly preferredBachelors degree with a focus on Education preferredProficient in public speaking and engaging others through varying platforms or virtual environmentsAbility to clearly and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationExcellent communicator Excellent ability to build strong cross functional relationships at all levels of the organizationProven track record of developing agents to go from good to greatA passion for great customer serviceStrong technical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with HIPAA and HealthcareSalesforce and Lessonly experience is a plusThe base salary range for this role is $50,000-55,000 USD. The actual salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, market data/ranges, and internal equity. This position is also eligible for a yearly bonus.
