We are hiring a Customer Experience Associate - Trainer  to work directly with the Customer Experience Manager of Training and QA on building and running the various training programs that need to be deployed within our Customer Experience department. The primary objective of this position is to educate new team members when they come onboard, train any new BPO call centers and train our veteran team members as ongoing training is needed.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Customer Experience, you will help ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Everly Health’s rapidly growing customer support teams. You will be responsible for developing our support agents to deliver the best possible experience for our customers, and for measuring the impact of your training effectiveness across our multiple teams.

What You'll Do
  • Onboard all support team new hires through online and in-person classroom facilitation
  • Drive continuing education across our support team in an effort to further internal career growth
  • Train any new BPO Call Center employees or trainers whenever we spin up a new partnership or campaign
  • Work cross functionally across all levels to create training materials focused on updates in our product, policies or workflows
  • Identify education gaps across our new and tenured agents and direct trainings to close those gaps

  • Who You Are:
  • 1+ years of experience in Training and Development, preferably in service operations or call centers
  • Prior experience in Quality Assurance preferred
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment highly preferred
  • Bachelors degree with a focus on Education preferred
  • Proficient in public speaking and engaging others through varying platforms or virtual environments
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communicator 
  • Excellent ability to build strong cross functional relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proven track record of developing agents to go from good to great
  • A passion for great customer service
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and Healthcare
  • Salesforce and Lessonly experience is a plus

  • The base salary range for this role is $50,000-55,000 USD. The actual salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, market data/ranges, and internal equity. This position is also eligible for a yearly bonus.
