Your responsibilities

  • Planning, writing, set-up and quality assurance of newsletters
  • A/B tests’ planning and execution
  • Ad hoc newsletters’ analysis and reporting
  • Participation in / ownership of projects related to customer engagement and retention
  • Collaboration with adiacent departments (e.g., BI, Content, Brand, Localization)
  • Your profile
  • University degree in business administration, marketing, communication, advertising or other business studies
  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience in CRM / User Retention, ideally in a fast-paced international start-up or corporate environment
  • Excellent content and text writing skills in English
  • Very precise, keen eye for detail
  • Analytical and performance-oriented thinking
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
  • Ability to identify yourself with the user and relate to his / her experience within the user journey
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus
  • Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills - other languages are a plus
