Interact actively and identify opportunities from Twitch communities to develop community programs and campaigns
Plan community programs, events, and campaigns to inspire community members and Twitch creators (e.g. event match for streamers, streamer highlight program or product promotion etc)
Execute and operate various community programs and capture data to quantify the impact of these programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production studios, partnership & content teams.
Requirements
Good understanding of community programs with best practices.
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Fluent in Korean and English
Ability to find and challenge interesting topics and ideas
Experience in setting up a marketing strategy
Experience driving a community (Game community, Website, Application.)
Experience of planning and operation of community programs
Experience of broadcast contents planning
Experience working with broadcast productions
