Collaborate closely with the Content Team as well as the Product Engineering Team to drive a cohesive vision and user experience with advertising campaigns.
Support campaign owners in creating and executing campaigns. This includes approving, quality checking and monitoring campaigns.
Provide specialized technical support to internal ad campaigns via multiple channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, AdColony, E-Mail, etc.
Create, monitor and optimize existing advertising campaigns on native platforms, including Taboola, Outbrain, and Yahoo Gemini.
Brainstorm and gather ideas for website content, as well as campaign images and ad copy to A/B test.
Source new networks and traffic sources to test.
Work cross functionally with developers, product managers and growth marketers to successfully execute campaigns driving outcomes.
Document internal procedures, policies and tutorials.

University degree in business administration, marketing management, or other business studies.
3+ years of relevant industry experience in e-commerce or Online Marketing.
Proven track record in successfully managing multiple projects at a given time, ideally in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Experience in managing marketing budgets to maximize outcome in short timeframes and ensure a long-term viable tech setup of the Marketing Team.
High familiarity with platforms like Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, Outbrain and Taboola is a must.
Highly organized team player with high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Analytical mindset with good business planning skills to independently draft marketing plans.
Good controlling and KPI knowhow regarding revenue, cost levers and commercial impact and their impact on the commercial bottom line.
Ability to explain complex marketing topics to a broader audience.
Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills - other languages are a plus
