About the Business Development Representative-Consultant Relations at Headspace Health:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) - Consultant Relations position focuses on engaging new consultant and brokerage firms/consultant contacts and building on existing benefits consulting firm relationships. The BDR will work closely with the Consultant Relations team to create and prioritize their targeted Consultant Firms and Go To Market (GTM) strategyHow your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace Health:Identify and generate new qualified consultant leads through outbound efforts and passing the lead over to the Consultant Relations Team for follow up. Responsible for growing consultant relationships with key consultant firms and contacts, along with identifying potential strategic partnership opportunities with National/Regional Consulting Houses.Partner with the Consultant Relations Team to help drive attendance to virtual and live events and meetings. Partner with the Headspace Health Consultant Relations team, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other cross functional team counterparts to strategize and support the Consultant Relations GTM strategy. Maintain active engagement through Salesforce, our CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups consultants. Other responsibilities may be included depending on business needs
What you’ve accomplished:Experience interacting with health & benefit Consulting Firms or experience developing relationships with a similar segment. Experience in employee benefits and working with Consultant preferred, but not required. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding assigned targets and personal goals.You are interested in mental health and wellbeing and have a burning passion to join the healthtech industry.Experience with sales tools - CRM, email automation, prospectingProficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (GSuite, email, phone skills). The ability to write succinct, crisp emails and have a strong communication manner. Excellent written/verbal communications skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Above all, you must be results driven—you are always looking to achieve great things for yourself and your team!
