REQUIREMENTS: 
Super League Gaming is looking for a Business Development Account Manager who will play an important role during the pre and post partnership and sales process.  
 
On the Account Management side, this role will define and lead end-to-end coordination and execution of integrated marketing and partnership programs including: 
 
- Work and collaborate with BD, Sales and Marketing to deliver programs and partnerships 
- Must be able to manage multiple active programs at once, while also, from time to time, completing new business proposals/partnerships 
- Liaise between key internal stakeholders and departments to ensure white glove service to clients 
- Participate in client KOC's and postmortem reviews to ensure clients KPI's are being delivered and executed on properly 
- Create final reports and wrap decks for all campaigns managed by the Account Manager 
- Showcase campaign objectives, KPI's and goals; deliver monthly reporting and analysis; use campaign data to highlight effectiveness of marketing campaigns while finding optimizations and potential for incremental opportunities 
- Lead and strategically manage client and partner communication throughout the campaign lifecycle 
- Ideate, strategize, and help brands activate first-to-market opportunities within the metaverse. 
- Utilize organizational skills to be able to provide clear instructions and creative assets to many different stake holders internally and externally 
- Analyze performance data from each campaign to provide meaningful and actionable insights to advertisers and brands 
- Keep up with gaming, metaverse, and media industry trends 
- Support and positively impact in-house products and tools to obtain valuable feedback, which ultimately drives new solutions and strategy 
 
Beyond Account Management, and based on time available, this role will have the ability to build their own partnerships. Responsibilities on the BD side will include sourcing, developing and/or managing partnerships with third parties that are intended to support the Company’s overall business growth across all aspects of the Company’s operations, with a primary focus on revenue generation and a secondary focus on strategic growth, with all activity captured in a regularly updated pipeline report.  
 
You will be expected to identify the scale and scope of opportunities, to help define the strategic and operational elements of partnerships, to create or supervise the creation of various types of presentation materials that articulate the Company’s unique selling propositions, and to develop positive working relationships with key executives at external companies and agencies. You will be expected to establish regular and necessary communications with third parties to advance the Company’s business interests and to establish effective account management practices for all partners.  
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
Looking for a person that wants to work on partnerships of all sizes and manage them from beginning to end. To excel, this this role needs an out of the box thinker that can shift their approach to always find the best solution for our clients and partners needs. A person that can see the big picture but focus on all of the small details to bring the vision of the partnership to life.  
 
- 2-5 years of experience in working in Account Management and/or BD within the digital media, advertising and/or gaming space. 
- Experience with custom content and execution is a plus 
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required 
- Knowledge within the gaming space with a specific knowledge and understanding of metaverse gaming is a plus. Specifically looking for someone who knows and plays platforms like Roblox, ----- Minecraft, Fortnite, Sandbox, etc.  
- Interest and experience with twitch, youtube, facebook, instagram, tiktok, and snapchat are also a plus
