The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director in a player/coach role with significant art direction and design experience to help build and uplevel our creative function. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll help shape a distinctive and cohesive brand, expand our storytelling, create integrated marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels, and lead a small and growing team.

As a creative leader, you inspire and empower teams and agency partners to do their best work. You’re driven to create thoughtful work, grounded in strategy and focused on the long-term objectives of the business. You can listen with empathy, explain the “whys” behind decisions, challenge the status quo, and represent your viewpoints with conviction.

This role balances the responsibilities of executing projects, mentoring junior team members to run projects, leading concept development, and rolling up your sleeves to dig into the details – everything from ideation to execution. Whatever the medium, you seek to build an authentic connection with audiences, through the best expressions and voice of Found.
