Job Requirements
Infront is one of the fastest growing global sports service agencies in the Asia Pacific. Working in collaboration with rights holders as well as our local and global sales teams, you will be responsible for selling partnerships across various Infront sports and e-sports properties and for building a solid network of relationships with brands across Asia Pacific.

Scope of Work
• Lead partnership sales in the dedicated categories and/or territories across Asia Pacific for Infront's partners portfolio (sports federations, sports leagues, series & tours, e-sports leagues)
• Hit the annual sales revenue targets
• Develop target list and define sales approach for the targeted prospects
• Prepare tailor-made proposals for prospects including business rationale, concept, partnership assets according to the objectives and needs
• Pitch effectively the proposals to the prospects, lead the negotiations and contractual discussions in coordination with the sales leadership and the legal team
• Build relationships with brands to expand Infront’s network of clients
• Work with local sales agencies or agents when necessary to source sales opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams in Singapore and Beijing to develop generic sales material
• Maintain an active sales pipeline in the dedicated categories and/or territories
• Contribute actively with creative ideas, recommendations to internal sales meetings
• Deliver professional sales reports
• Ensure all contacts, meetings, and active proposals are reported into the global CRM system
• Proactively share market intelligence with the sales teams including sponsorship deals, business trends, etc..

Educational background:
• Advanced education (university degree or master’s degree in business administration, sales or marketing)

• 4-5 years or more experience working in the sports, e-sports, media or entertainment industries
• Multi-market experience in Asia Pacific
• Successful track record selling partnerships, sports, e-sports rights, media / digital advertising, marketing solutions / platforms in Asia Pacific
• Agency background a plus

Skills & Competences:
• Good knowledge of the general business landscape in the key markets in Asia Pacific
• Good understanding of sports and e-sports partnership’s best practices
• Existing network of relationship with brands in Asia Pacific
• Fluency with marketing, media/social media metrics, advertising and sponsorship valuations
• Outstanding business development, pitching, and negotiation skills
• Strong attitude towards high quality, excellence and ‘client-first’ thinking
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills; proven ability to build and maintain solid client relationships
• Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations, and with cross-functional teams across multiple territories
• Strong analytic, communication, & writing skills
Other requirements
• Team player, highly motivated, committed to Infront’s success and driven to achieve results
• Availability to travel abroad
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft CRM
• Language: English (fluent oral and writing). Any other Asian languages a plus
