Our team supports NCSolutions’ internal account teams and external clients by facilitating access to NCS products and insights wherever they need them. We achieve this by coordinating internally with both commercial and product teams to align on best practices for business operations and strategy, while also establishing the external partner relationships and workflows necessary to meet those goals in the digital ecosystem. The Commercial Strategy & Implementation team plays a key role in evaluating new opportunities from both an operational and financial perspective and providing reporting on performance metrics to share with leadership. 

We’re hiring an Analyst to work across our two major initiatives of business operations and commercial strategy. The Analyst partners internally cross-functionally with client consulting account teams, operations teams and product managers to maintain scalable end to end operating models for new or evolving product initiatives. The Analyst will also play a key role in providing and maintaining reporting models and workflows to share with internal stakeholders. 


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Primary point of contact/NCS product SME for internal teams tasked with increasing operational efficiencies, reinforcing execution best practices and leading triage of complex delivery issues 
  • Develop strategic business cases using internal data points to quantify performance, growth and/or opportunities for internal initiatives and external partners evaluation 
  • Effectively articulate insights and recommendations from business cases visually and verbally for senior leadership 
  • Maintain end-to-end workflows within targeting, optimization, measurement & clean room processes (NCS products), inclusive of ongoing financial and business reporting 
  • Support ongoing education and training efforts to ensure that commercial teams are operating efficiently with a spirit of continuous improvement 

  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Experience with project management and revenue tracking tools (JIRA, Smartsheets, AirTable, Salesforce)
  • Experience managing multiple work streams across various stakeholders at once with the ability to prioritize assignments and deliver complex, high quality projects on time 
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with ability to tailor messages to the appropriate level for a variety of internal and external stakeholders 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Ability to thrive and drive impact in a constantly evolving, agile environment - organized, detail-oriented and strategically focused 
  • Demonstrated problem solving experience providing data-driven business insights
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides

    A reasonable estimate of salary range for a new employee to be offered this role would be between $46,000 - 77,000, which would be adjusted based on each employee's geographic location. The position of each employee within a compensation range at NCS is dependent on several individual circumstances, such as experience, training, certifications and other business 
    requirements/needs.
