They are the key enabling technologies which support our partners’ preventive health strategies, and provide the accuracy, reliability, and portability they need in order for their programs to be successful.
About the role:
As a member of our business-to-business sales team, you will develop partnerships with preventive health, remote patient monitoring, and corporate wellness programs. You’ll qualify leads, develop relationships with key decision makers, negotiate pricing and solutions, and finalize deals.
You will work cross functionally with our product teams to adapt our solution to meet our partners’ needs, our Sales planning and finance teams to improve our forecasting, and our marketing team to support the roll-out of our events and communication strategies.
You will develop your own book of business within the corporate wellness/preventive health vertical and be ultimately responsible for the continued success and growth of your accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify new inbound leads by making first contact with potential clients and ascertaining their needs
- Use our CRM to track customer information and contacts
- Work assigned leads and develop them from first contact to final contractual negotiation
- Deliver feedback to product and technical teams to adapt our offer to the specific requirements of individual clients
- Follow the corporate wellness and preventive health space, including both our competition and potential partners, to find new leads and opportunities to develop our business in North America
- Support sales planning and finance teams by creating accurate forecasts
- Coordinate new customer onboarding and handoff to Customer Success Manager
- Collaborate with Marketing team to develop B2B marketing strategy
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for Withings' preventive health mission and the potential of technology to improve our lives
- Desire to work hard and collaborate cross-functionally with diverse global teams
- 1-2 years experience in business development or account management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; insight and attention to detail
- Independence and sound decision making
- Flexibility and resilience; ability to adapt to changing priorities and clients’ demands
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRMs a plus
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or other relevant discipline
This position will be based in our Boston, MA office and will require occasional travel to customer meetings, trade shows, and events.
