Responsibilities Design and manage implementation of recruitment plans to ensure a continual pipeline of high quality and excellent talent. Lead a high performing talent acquisition team. Support the full life-cycle of recruiting from sourcing, screening to talent selection. Bring new and creative ideas to develop and support the talent team. Ensure all hiring managers hire the highest quality of talent efficiently and effectively when helping fill open positions. Partner with the Human Resources department to build best practices, process and procedures in the talent function from candidate experience to onboarding. Network through contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Analyze and report on specific metrics on a consistent basis to ensure value to the organization; propose changes to improve performance. Identify and build diversity program initiatives that expand the talent pool at all levels and ensure recruiters are aligned with sourcing strategies. Partner with HR Internal Communications to develop and implement a recruiting communications media plan (traditional and social media) to communicate Trek #Awesomebus as an employer of choice. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing or related field. A minimum of 5 years of proven successful corporate recruiting experience. Must have the ability to build trust and have open, productive relationships with employees and hiring managers that helps create an environment of transparency and inclusion. Excellent presentation and organization skills and ability to be adaptable in fast-paced environment. Must be able to travel occasionally to career fairs and other events.
