ChyronHego is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical sales with a proven track record of business development and account management (sales) of digital media and broadcast solutions for live production in studios and venues. ChyronHego is a profitable business with great growth potential into a solid installed user base as well as new accounts. We are already delivering virtualized workflows, compliant to IP standards (2022 & 2110), UHD and HDR as well as defined competitive advantages across the range. To meet this exciting market opportunity, we will make a strategic hire of a high-performing senior sales leader, based in the UK. This role is client-facing and has the primary responsibility for generating new opportunities, developing and converting them to revenue. It requires an independent individual who is also a team player – an integral aspect of success will be an ability to operate effectively within a matrix organisation to plan and orchestrate resources via other teams including pre-sales, tech support, marketing, product management, R&D and global senior management. You will need to be an ambitious, resilient, quick learner, self-motivated, agile in approach, a creative thinker with an extremely strong business acumen. ChyronHego has a dynamic culture of enjoying success through teamwork (work-hard/play-hard). Responsibilities Managing an established portfolio of key accounts (eg: BBC, ITV, Sky, BT Sport) Proactively identifying, locating and qualifying new business opportunities within existing accounts as well as new clients. Be a solutions expert in analysing customer needs & clarifying expectations. Have Strong communication and presentation skills to sell a broad range of ChyronHego solutions. Diligently following-up leads Managing extensive customer contact; presentations, demos, meetings, calls, business reviews up to and including c-level both externally and internally. Managing the whole sales process from lead identification to close Coordination and utilisation of internal resources to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue potential from both products and professional services. Hybrid Direct and Indirect (Channel Partners) go to market model Skills ~10 years B2B experience selling complex software and hardware solutions in the media technology sector. Experience in new business development Experience in key account management Consultative selling style Capability to have flexibility and tolerance to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, fast evolving environment and marketplace (internal and external) Hungry Calmness and the ability to operate under pressure Technology savvy Fluency in spoken and written English. Other language skills are beneficial We highly value ambition, diplomatic, creative thinkers, non-egotist, collaborators IT Proficiency (Microsoft Office & Google suite essential) This role reports to the Managing Director of ChyronHego UK Limited.
