Athos is seeking an overperforming sales director with 8-12 years of experience selling solutions that drive their clients’ businesses forward. You’re a disciplined winner who successfully challenges clients while hitting sales quota. You will help define a winning sales culture, solve sports performance problems for US Professional and Division 1 sports teams and drive revenue/hit quota for Athos. The right candidate will be a team player with experience selling solutions that challenge the status quo, are empathetic, exceed goals and have excellent communication skills that drive success in market. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Hit quota. Close six or seven figure deals Acquire, close and expand sales opportunities Understand professional and division 1 coaching staffs and teach them Athos can solve their problems with our differentiated solution Be in the field with our clients. Travel expected 50-70% of the time Work with our Applied Sports Science team to help coaches gain insight and use Athos Advocate for partners by working with product and engineering teams to respond to partner needs and feedback Define the best practices for selling Athos and share those learnings across the team Qualifications and Skills What you will bring: 8+ years of high achieving SAAS sales experience. Bonus if it’s in the sports performance space Empathy: You challenge clients but learn to understand their day to day. You know when to push hard and when to ease up the pressure Sales Achiever: You orient your year, quarter, weeks and days around exceeding your sales goals Challenger mindset. You challenge teammates and clients. Solve client problems by understanding their business, teaching them, tailoring the message and taking control of the conversation One Team: You play as a team and uplevel your teammates in the process. You are the teammate everyone wants to have on their team and at their side. Learn Fast: . You’re always trying to get better and have the humility to work at it.
