In the last few years, Hudl has grown from a US-based startup of fewer than 200 people to a global scale company with almost 600 employees and counting. Central to that success has been our People Ops team, which discovers and serves the incredible talent within our teams. People Ops at Hudl is still evolving and maturing to keep pace with the rapid growth of the business. So, in this role, we would want you to contribute to the development of the team, innovate on how we currently work and have the ambition to grow with us. Short term, we want you to team up with a recruiter in London and start working with our growing teams across EMEA and partner with some of our business leaders. You will be a highly visible part of our environment and remote teams, being their go-to person for all People related topics. In the medium term, we want you to build on the above and influence our wider People strategy, bringing a different perspective from outside of the US region. We also want you to develop deeper relationships with your business partners, look at career pathing in their teams, and look at how we improve engagement, performance culture and employee rewards. You Are Experienced. You’ve successfully supported a variety of teams, understanding real-world business needs to provide world-class service to your internal customers. Detail-oriented. You want to facilitate big picture change, yet no detail is too small in ensuring needs of the team are met, including handling pay and benefits. Excited about change. You don’t just adapt to change, you thrive on it, and expect that any great team is constantly evolving. Candid. You challenge your manager, team and other stakeholders for the right reasons - you’re focused on results and making Hudl better. Data-driven. You’re proactive in using data to shape your decision making. You stay one step ahead of your business partners because you know what the data tells you needs to happen next. You Will Partner with top leaders. In a high-impact model, you will serve as a partner to top leaders across Hudl, helping shape success in areas from compensation to performance to engagement. Impact the team globally. Your reach will go far beyond the UK in providing support across five EMEA countries, and other entities around the globe. You will be a go-to expert for our people processes all over the world. Innovate. Your previous experience will shape better processes across our whole People Operations team. Be challenged.
