A fast growing web publisher operating a leading sports website is recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to handle key accounts from the London office. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with high value clients to build relationships, grow and retain key accounts. String analytical, relationship building and problem solving skills within digital advertising are essential. Key Responsibilities: Developing strong relationships with new and existing clients Collaborating with internal staff and clients to retain key accounts Leading efforts to grow existing key accounts Developing processes and strategies for client retention and growth Analysing campaign performance and measuring against objectives Producing reports, reviews and recommendations for key clients Meeting regularly with clients to explore their needs Developing creative and strategic ideas to deliver key client needs The candidate will have: 5+ years experience working in digital advertising (pub side preferred) 3+ years experience working within Account Management Excellent analytical and Excel skills Excellent understanding of KPIs within digital advertising Impeccable communication and presentation skills In depth understanding of account management within digital Fantastic relationship building skills Desire to learn new skills and grow Excellent communication skills and fluency in English Requirements Eligible to work in UK (no sponsorship) Within reasonable distance to commute to central London office Salary Competitive Salary
