Rooftop2 Productions, a Lagardere Sports & Entertainment Company, is seeking a Coordinator of Experiential Marketing to join our forward-thinking office and work with our dynamic team and clients including leading sports leagues/teams and globally recognized brands. Rooftop2 Productions specializes in creating customized event experiences that connect brands to audiences. The core of our business is full-service live event conception and execution, media production and brand marketing. Our extensive background building consumer and fan experiences and engagements for top sports leagues, teams, sporting events and brands across the world has provided us with an invaluable, spectator-oriented intuition. From event inception to producing, directing, scripting, staging, lighting, filming, hosting and providing custom graphics, we’ve developed and designed every aspect of the event experience. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate planning, execution, and management of sports and entertainment client Experiential Marketing brand activations DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Significant client interaction with brands, agencies, sports and entertainment properties 2. Develop engaging ideas to achieve client goals 3. Work closely with senior management to develop strategic and tactical initiatives 4. Understand the goals and objectives of various clients and their respective businesses 5. Manage budgets and forecast profit and loss projections based on objectives 6. Manage key project components including collateral/premium development, site/shipping logistics, and brand ambassador staffing. 7. Effectively lead on site activations; including a team of highly energetic brand ambassadors 8. Upsell clients on new ideas, strategies, and company capabilities where appropriate 9. Negotiate with vendors, venues, talent, and stakeholders 10. Build and develop industry relationships that put candidate, company, and clients in the best position to succeed 11. Learn and introduce industry best practices 12. Develop learnings and insight on client objectives to effectively assist in developing ideas and strategy 13. Travel required Profile QUALIFICATIONS 1. Two to five years agency and/or brand experience in experiential marketing or sponsor activations 2. Forward thinking, willing to take initiative 3. Good decision making and problem solving skills 4. Energetic positive attitude and able to take constructive feedback well and learn effectively 5. Management and leadership skills 6. Understanding of sports and entertainment industry 7. Strong written and verbal communication capabilities 8. Ability to organize very well and handle multiple projects simultaneously 9. Must be a “doer” and willing to work on-site at activations
