Goal Studios, Perform Group’s specialist digital football agency is looking for an experienced sports marketing account manager to deliver integrated brand marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients, delivered across Perform’s wider media business (including Goal and ePlayer) and DAZN (our OTT sports platform). The primary client of the candidate’s role is Unilever, and activating their major sponsorship of LaLiga during the 2018/2019 season. Therefore an interest in European football and LaLiga in particular is preferable. The Account Manager, will be a key figure in project managing and activating rights, brand campaigns and content strategy across the full marketing mix including digital, OOH, events, trade and above the line with a core focus on delivering value for our clients. HERE’S YOUR ROLE BROKEN DOWN (NOT ALL OF IT, JUST THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF) Campaign delivery – Manage delivery of all brand campaigns in line with and where possible exceeding contracted KPIs Client management – Develop a detailed understanding of and relationship with our key client and their agencies Strategy – work with the Strategy and Content teams to devise creative campaign plans and strategies that tie in with client objectives Commercial – identify areas of unlocking additional value with current clients as well as new business opportunities with new clients Local market support – support the local market sales team with delivery, and ensure communication channels are open and local market brand activations align with Global team activations/conversations Collaboration – Work with the wider Perform Group divisions to ensure everyone is clear on projects and are working together to deliver Reporting – Make sure all campaigns are being properly tracked and measured and results are reported regularly to all key stakeholders DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS? Minimum three years’ experience in activating sponsorships or rights properties, sports media, marketing, creative solutions or branded content role Experience of working with brands and activating integrated marketing campaigns that are rooted in digital media Good knowledge of the football/sports media and marketing space Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media Knowledge of activation of contracted rights properties
