Twitch is looking for a detail-oriented, client focused Account Manager that will work hand in hand with the Sponsorship sales team. This Account Manager will be a crucial member of a growing team that will support Sponsorship sales in meeting its objectives and providing best in class customer service to clients, both internal and external. This position will report to the Head of Sponsorship Operations and will work closely with the Sponsorship sales team and cross-functionally throughout the execution process for each Sponsorship program. Responsibilities Act as main client facing point of contact to ensure smooth execution and delivery; key contact internally to ensure all teams are aligned Provide highest level of customer service to clients both internal and external, as lead point person for Sponsorship executions Lead overall program to ensure assets are submitted, scheduled, approved and delivered. The AM will spearhead all asset collection, approvals and scheduling, including promotion and audience requests with the client Schedule and lead kick-off calls internally and externally with client to manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimization Keep Sponsorship sales team apprised of all key issues, updates and relevant details throughout program Own the Insertion Order/Sponsorship Agreement process between client and internal stakeholders Insertion Order/Sponsorship Agreement Management, responsible for entering IO/Sponsorship Agreement into CRM, verifying accuracy of Internal IO/client insertion order/Sponsorship Agreement Work with the finance team on any new client approvals Onsite client management responsibilities include, but are not limited to, hosting client walk-through “pre-show”, working with internal teams to troubleshoot, coordinating with sales planners to record screenshots for post-show reporting Assist in running reports for overall programs and clients, during and post program Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Twitch's site features and ad units Lead and participate in process improvements and projects Requirements 3-5 years experience in a client services / account management role, working with and delivering to external clients Experience helping clients execute custom branded campaigns Excellent collaboration skills Strong understanding of digital technologies Must be able to communicate and present ideas clearly, professionally, and persuasively at a client and group level Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment Excellent problem solving skills and ability/knowledge to execute thru proper escalation process Stress-tolerant, quick thinking and accurate Strong interpersonal communication skills as a team leader and team player Expertise with Word, Excel, PPT, Asana, JIRA Flexibility, initiative, dedication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision Willingness to travel on occasion for client meetings and activation (15-20% travel) Bonus Points Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance 401(k) Maternity & Parental Leave Flexible PTO Commuter Benefits Amazon Employee Discount Monthly Contribution & Discounts for Wellness Related Activities & Programs (e.g., gym memberships, off-site massages, etc.) Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Served Daily Free Snacks & Beverages Twitch is the world’s leading video platform and community for gamers, with more than 100 million visitors per month.
